I have experience working with individuals of all ages, who present with a variety of issues including: anxiety, depression, substance abuse, adjustment disorders, families that are breaking up or blending, to more severe diagnosis including bipolar and PTSD.  I conduct both short and longer-term therapy depending on client needs. My style is welcoming, collaborative, warm and direct.
